| 5. | Prices | |
| 5.1 | All prices understand themselves in EURO and are inclusive of gross prices the valid in each case value added tax. | |
| 5.2 | All payments are immediately due after rendering of invoice. The payments take place by debit direct debits, if contractually nothing else is agreed upon. | |
| 5.3 | Of this GTC deviating individual modes of payment must be agreed upon contractually in writing. | |
| 5.4 | Orders, which are given over Internet, by E-Mail or fax, are effective only together with an authorization to the direct debit by Lastschriftverfahren of the client in favor of of wlook. | |
| 5.5 | If the customer does not follow his liabilities as stipulated or if it stops its payments, then the entire balance of debt in an amount becomes due. wlook is justified in this case to require pre-payments or other securities as well as small fine and interest. | |
