Complaint and adhesion |

8.1 |
Warranty claims are limited to the height of the order value. |

If a lack arises, then this is immediate to lodge a complaint at the latest however within 4 weeks after supply. |

The adhesion and warranty claims do not apply expressly to interruptions of the agreed upon achievement due to higher force, operating interrupts and other unusual circumstances, to delays during the transmission of achievements or reports due to being to blame for the Zustellers (post office, Telekom, Internetprovider, Kurierdienste u.ä.). |
