9.	Other
	9.1	To all legal transactions applies excluding German right.
	9.2	Place of delivery for payment and supply is Berlin.
	9.3	Area of jurisdiction is Berlin.
	9.4	Changes or additions of these GTC require writing. The renouncement of this writing clause requires likewise writing. wlook is obligated to communicate changes of the GTC in writing to the client. The changes are considered as authorized, if the client does not contradict in writing within two weeks after report.
	9.5	If individual conditions of these GTC should be totally or partly ineffective or impracticable or become, then the effectiveness of the remaining regulations remains of it unaffected. The ineffective regulation has to be replaced by such, which comes the intended purpose of the ineffective regulation next.
